Return Policy

1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

A1S Contracting stands behind the quality of our work. We provide a one-year workmanship warrantyon all completed projects. If any aspect of our workmanship does not meet the standards outlined in your contract within one year of project completion, we will return to address and correct the issue at no additional cost to you.

Our goal is 100% client satisfaction. If you have any concerns during or after your project, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

2. Project Cancellation Policy

Before Work Begins

• Cancellation more than 7 days before scheduled start date: You may receive a full refund of your deposit, minus any non-refundable expenses already incurred (e.g., materials ordered, permits applied for, engineering fees).
• Cancellation within 7 days of scheduled start date: The deposit is non-refundable, as we will have reserved crew time, ordered materials, and made logistical arrangements for your project.

During Active Construction

If you cancel a project after work has commenced:

• You are responsible for payment of all work completed to date, calculated at the pro-rated contract value.
• You are responsible for the cost of all materials ordered, delivered, or installed at the time of cancellation.
• You are responsible for any costs associated with demobilization, site cleanup, and storage or removal of materials.
• Any remaining balance above amounts already paid will be invoiced and due within 15 days.

3. Materials and Products

Materials and products purchased and installed as part of your project are subject to the following:

• Custom-ordered materials (custom cabinetry, special-order tile, etc.) are non-refundable once ordered.
• Standard materials that have not been installed may be eligible for return or credit, subject to supplier return policies.
• Manufacturer defects in materials are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. A1S Contracting will assist you in processing warranty claims with manufacturers.
• A1S Contracting is not responsible for damage to materials caused by client actions or third parties after project completion.

4. Refund Process

When a refund is approved, it will be processed as follows:

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original payment.
• Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days of approval.
• Bank processing times may vary and are outside our control.
• All refund amounts will be confirmed in writing before processing.

5. Workmanship Issues & Corrections

If you are not satisfied with the quality of work performed:

1. Contact us immediately: Reach out to your project manager or call us at +1 (929) 363-7045 to report the issue.
2. Site inspection: We will schedule a prompt site visit to assess the concern. This typically occurs within 3–5 business days of your report.
3. Resolution: We will clearly explain the corrective action we will take and schedule the necessary work at no charge within the warranty period.
4. Follow-up: After corrections are made, we will follow up to ensure your complete satisfaction.

6. Exclusions

The following are not covered under our return or warranty policy:

• Damage resulting from improper use, neglect, or accidents after project completion
• Normal wear and tear of materials and finishes
• Issues arising from client-supplied materials or client-directed design choices
• Damage from extreme weather events, flooding, or other force majeure circumstances
• Work performed by other contractors on areas A1S Contracting previously completed
